SKY is a boutique media entertainment company specializing in international film development and production. SKY's primary interest is to develop and produce a diversified slate of commercially
viable motion pictures within a portfolio of entertainment or media-related investments. SKY invests in early stage development and production financing, and facilitates larger funding requirements
for higher-budgeted projects where capital risk is mitigated by a disciplined but creatively strong management process and control. Opportunities to expand the business include equity investments in
assets of growing media properties, management of other pools of risk capital for film financing, and expansion into entertainment-related merchant banking to allow a greater array of financing options
to producers and studios.

Soyun Song oversees content development and production, acquisitions, as well as marketing and distribution with particular emphasis on its application to digital and new media.
Prior, Ms. Song supervised development and production of medium budget, English language feature films at Acasa Esana Films based in Antwerp, Belgium. She simultaneously founded
SYSCOP Corporation, specializing in cg animation and the development, production, and convergence of crossover content for multimedia platforms. Previously, Ms. Song managed
Iconixx Corporation/Lead Dog Digital, a web design, development, and interactive strategy firm in New York City. In addition, post-graduation from college, she began her pre-law
work at Morgan, Lewis, & Bockius, LLP in Business & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions. Ms. Song graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College in Massachusetts, receiving her B.A.
in her double major of Political Science and French Literature, and high honors on her Senior Honors Thesis in Political Science. She attended university in Paris at L'Institut
d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), L'Université de Paris-Sorbonne (Paris III & IV), and studied fine art photography at Spéos – Atelier Mahé.
Kirk Kung

William Yuan
William Yuan has 23 years of experience on Wall Street in all aspects of finance including sell side, capital markets, buy side, venture / private equity, and buy-outs. Mr. Yuan
began his finance career at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker in Mergers & Acquisitions. He then served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Derivative Securities at
Salomon Smith Barney, after which he became the President and Head of Merrill Lynch Asset Management Asia. Mr. Yuan concurrently served as Chairman of Merrill Lynch Global Asset
Allocation Committee, which had $488 billion under management, and as Chairman and portfolio manager of the $1.3 billion AmerAsia Hedge Fund. Mr. Yuan attended Cornell University
and Harvard University's JFK School of Economics and Government as a Mason Fellow.
